Body Corporate

We look after the legal affairs for body corporate community titles schemes around Queensland. We assist with debt recovery of outstanding levies, adjudication applications at the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management, Application to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Appeals Tribunal and contractual disputes between bodies corporate and lot owners or building managers.

We also assist with the preparation of new community management statements, drafting and enforcing by-laws, drafting and reviewing caretaking and letting agreements, addressing building defects, and advising on insurance and property maintenance.

Planning & Environment

We act in Planning and Environment Court Applications and Appeals on behalf of developers, individuals, submitters and other interested parties.

We provide various environmental and planning advice on matters of legal compliance and due diligence. We also negotiate with Local Governments on behalf of our clients and make submissions as required.
